Regular. En lo personal y subjetivamente, mala experiencia. El trato del conserje nocturno (Steve) el dia del check in. Mal trato y predisposición. Parecía que me estaba haciendo favores cuando solicitaba ayuda. Tuve que solicitar un reembolso por una noche, por suerte me lo reconocieron. Muy buena ubicación. Muy buen desayuno.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Don't get fooled by its location, get something better The entire hotel itself and our room were tiny. We were expecting a small room based on the photos, but even so we were extremely disappointed with it. Inside the bathroom is even difficult to get undressed due to lack of space. Location of AC is terrible because one bed gets all the cold air while the other much less. Hotel facilities are quite small and simple, the restaurant area doesn't seem big enough for hotel size. Poor There was a dead roach in the drawers. There was a roach crawling in the room. Just dirty and not worth $200.
Bad The key cards weren't working and we had someone to open the door for us every time we had to get in , the room is so small compared to the pictures

Bad Room keys were not working Room keys were not working. There was only one lift in the hotel and waiting period for Getting on the floors was around fifteen minutes
