I was there only for one night so managed. Hotel not meant for families staying for a prolonged stay. Small rooms, even tinier baths, only 1 lift, dirty, narrow passage leading upto the room, room key cards were non functional. Staff, location

Very Poor This place is nothing like the pictures. The hotel itself is very dirty to the point that there was a cockroach on the bathroom on top of one of the towels. The table tops were very dusty. I've made the complaint on reception but the actitud of the staff wasn't helpful at all. I think the armchairs in the lobby need a good clean as well. Très déçue vu le prix payé, je m attendais à mieux bien que je partais à New York et que je savais Petit déjeuner tres moyen: 3 sortes de lait froids (entier, demi écrémé et écrémé) mais pas de chocolat en poudre pour les enfants. Du coup, pas de boisson chaude pour eux le matin amoind su ils boivent du café ou du thé. Seule la machine à gaufre vaut le détour. Chambre très exiguë. A 250 euros la nuit, le rapport-qualité/prix n'y est pas du tout. L'emplacement ne fait pas tout. Taille de la chambre vraiment petite. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour avec toutes les sorties des climatiseurs, un bruit d'avion à l'intérieur de la chambre (sans exagération), nous obligeant à dormir avec des bouchons. Viel erwarten darf man sich nicht! Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte das Fenster in einen kleinen Lüftungsschacht hinaus, sodass es immer dunkel war. Beim Frühstück musste man von Plastikgeschirr essen und es war so viel los, dass man teilweise auf einen freien Platz warten musste. Die Lage ist wirklich toll! Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Kakerlaken in den Zimmern. Wir hatte zwei Zimmer. In beiden Zimmern waren Kakerlaken. Im zweiten Zimmer sehr massiv! Wir haben dann das Hotel verlassen.
