Great location, good price for upper westside, room is roughing it. My tiny room had 6 windows with a great view on the 10th floor, but 5 of the window shades were broken in the closed position and wouldn't open. Location was awesome! Great neighborhood super close to the park
Om te huilen. De kamer was kleiner dan 10 m2 met en tweepersoonsbed en een enorme ladekast, hele kleine hangkast en kleine en oude badkamer. Tapijt op de grond in de kamer. Dit was erg verouderd. Er was geen ruimte om te lopen in de kamer. Zo klein was het. Het was ook erg gehorig. De airconditioner van de buren maakte veel lawaai. De locatie is vlakbij Central Park. Het personeel was aardig, maar ook onverschillig. Het ontbijt was erg Amerikaans. De ontbijtzaal is onaangenaam en klein.
Foi razoável. Atendeu as expectativas. O preço benefício, pois, se levar em conta o tamanho do quarto é muito caro, mesmo para o padrão americano. O café da manhã foi razoável considerando o valor da diária.
Shockingly poor state of affairs The hotel badly needs repair or renovation. There are holes and marks on doors and walls, carpeting is old. Moreover, the room is so tiny as to be laughable, even in New York. They did not tell us anything about breakfast facility if any. Not worth the price. The staff were cheerful.
won’t go back they couldn’t provide a key to the room till last night. one had to wait long time for someone to open the room every time. when discussed with receptionist, she was not apologetic saying they can’t rush the delivery of a new card machine. The room is very small. location is good reasonable breakfast
Very Poor pésimo servicio, no nos entregaron llaves de la habitación y nos dieron una llave maestra la cual nos dijo el recepcionista que debíamos bajar nuevamente a llevársela cuando abriéramos la habitación el aseo
Beautiful location, horrible stay. The room was SUPER small and the window AC unit was so loud it was hard to sleep. Not worth the price I paid for it. I understand I’m paying for the location, but when the room barely has a window in it so all I can do is sleep in the room, but then the room isn’t comfortable to sleep in…it makes it not worth it. The location is excellent!
Bad Key card machine wasn't working untill Monday, every time someone has to open the door for us, shame Some how location
