Disappointing
Best thing is it's Close to Central Park & The Breakfast Staff are Wonderful! Some of the front desk staff were terrible!!! Don't leave without your final invoice because you will never receive it afterwards. They said the computers were down during our check out but assured me one would be sent once everything was back up and running. I wrote down my email address and room number for them.. Very Poor
Bad Room was unsatisfactory because it was too small without even a chair to sit on. I checked out next morning and canceled rest of my stag and booked elsewhere.
Katastrophales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, selbst für eine Grossstadt wie NY. Mein Zimmer war extrem klein, es gibt fast keinen Platz um seinen Koffer offen hinzulegen. Ausserdem hatte ich ein Zimmer mit "Ausblick" auf einen sehr dunklen Innenhof, also sozusagen kein Tageslicht. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig und es war extrem laut im Zimmer, sodass ich Schwierigkeiten hatte, zu schlafen. horrible cucarachas en la habitación, no funcionaba la caja fuerte y tardaron días en arreglarla, recepcionista turno mañana de días de semana súper mal educada, habitación sucia lo único bueno la ubicación del hotel y las empleadas Miriam y Claudia
Hotel décevant et très cher . Photos des chambre sur booking pas du tout fidèle à la réalité sordide Tout. Hôtel à fuir absolument. Très sale voir crasseux et immonde j’ai payer 2600 dollars pour 9 nuits !!!! Une honte.
Very Poor Baratas no quarto Localização excepcional
This hotel was not up to par. Rooms too small, too hot, cockroaches The room was ridiculously small, so much so that it was uncomfortable. The swamp cooler only cooled down the front room that had a twin bed and not the main room with the double bed. Also, there were cockroaches. All in all we were all very disappointed and felt for the price it should have been bigger with air conditioning. The one good point was Mariam who worked in the dining room.
