I really dont recommend this hotel at this point. Clerk abuses guests, Manager abuses the staff. Summary: Staff really does make or break a business. The hotel Clerk didnt satisfy my disability needs, didn't resolve the issue, argued, lied, talked over me, and the manager abuses the staff. I made my reservation on booking.com days ahead of the stay. I made a request when making the reservation, and I made sure to ask again at check in. Our stay was terrible, uncomfortable, I could write more about the treatment we received at the hotel but my frustration The hotel is not SAFE! I was in my room with my husband sleeping when at 1:30am we were approached by a man entering our room, the hotel had given the key to our room to someone other than us and when I went to resolve the situation at the reception I received the argument that in the hotel system our room was empty, the next day at the time of departure we were treated extremely badly by the receptionist ... read more
Disappointing
Not a place to remember Room was very noisy with worn out lampshades, blinds and filthy windows. Bathroom had peeling paint and dirty in the corners Breakfast room was too crowded The cleaning staff cluttered up the lift and corridors making long waits to get around the hotel Breakfast was very basic but edible The location was close to subway - less than 5mins Staff were helpful and good humoured

Beware the “Resort Fee”! Tiny rooms. the property charged a “resort fee” for their lack of amenities: No coffee machine nor mini fridge in room. Basic bathroom with no shelves. No gym, no bar, nothing. The advertised rate is misleading. Prime location and convenient access to many Manhattan popular spots.
