Very Poor personalen och chefen läget
Overpriced for the location It's was overpriced. The room & bathroom were tiny! We had to squeeze yourself around the sink to sit on the toilet. The bed sheets & carpet had stains. I liked the location, it's right next to Central park

Great location, nice staff, but didn’t appreciate the pet cockroaches. I sure hope that I didn’t bring any home… the abundance of cockroaches in my original room location

Bad They won’t have any options to switch the room. I booked the queen room but i thought it might have large space, but it’s congested room.

What this hotel has going for it is location and the staff. Every time I left my room and returned, my room key wouldn’t work. The sink was about to fall off where it was attached to the wall. The pillows were extremely lumpy. I could hear people in the hallway slamming doors and talking loudly until late in the night. The breakfast was so unappetizing I couldn’t eat anything. Beware! Mandatory $30 resort fee $30 mandatory “resort fee” The room was small (as are many NYC hotel rooms) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with hot and cold items. The location was nice, near Central Park, the American Museum of Natural History and the NY Historical Society Museum.
