N’étant pas à New York pour dormir mais visiter , l’hôtel était suffisant à mes besoins Chambre vétuste. Équipement vétuste . Tout était vieux / cassé / rouillé Super petit déjeuner de qualité et différent chaque jour. Personnel de la restauration très agréable et serviable . Bonne literie .

Good De dame bij de balie zat aan het eind van haar werkdag en was niet zo bereidt ons te helpen. Haar collega later wel. De dames bij het ontbijt waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Very Satisfied Not spending more time in New York. One day is just not enough time. The Manhattan experience, and walking through Central Park. Hotel is in a great location.

Pleasant O quarto não tinha a alcatifa nas melhoras condições de limpeza. A porta da casa de banho tinha um buraco, mostrando algum descuido com a manutenção do espaço. O facto do quarto não ter aquecimento é um ponto muito negativo, pois fomos no inverno e tivemos noites muito desconfortáveis. Da localização e do pequeno almoço. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis. Tivemos a sanita entupida e de imediato resolveram o problema.
