Stayed here as it was a last min booking as I missed my connecting flight. The rooms was small and pathetic. Mould in the shower and a hole in the door. Whole of the 5th floor stunk of smoke. The door didn't unlock with the key card properly. The bed was uncomfortable and the air con certainly needed the filters changing. Nothing

Get your new staff some behavioral classes, and fix the computers check in programs, please. Read above. Female concierge was discriminatory, singled me out, treated me very badly. Check in took OVER ONE HOUR I paid for that hour.. I also paid for decent service.. Manager knew of the issue yet pushed me to try to get me to allow the discriminatory concierge to check me in. Disappointing
Comfortable Small room. Very small room. Location was amazing. Block from the dakota
Dirty hotel and everything is worn out and needs to be repaired. Great location. Dirty, room was dirty and entire hotel was dirty. Looked like it was not cleaned or repaired in a years. Trash was piled up in front of the entrance to the hotel, thirty bags of trash at the front door. Many things in the lobby, dining room and my room were clearly broken and needed to be repaired. Location was good.
