Bad Hair in towels and noisy AC unit
Fair I elevator not enough Hot
Disappointing Halls were dirty, but room was clean. There was no AC in the hall ways and it was very hot. The room AC could not keep up with the heat. Very small hotel with one elevator and we were on the top (14th) The house keepers also used the elevator which made it hard to get down or up. No food available. One person was tring to take orders for breakfast, serve and cook. Why bother? It was close to where we wanted to be

Great staff but the establishment could put more effort into tastier breakfast, a lift that works, and air con not direc The breakfast selection was not great- most foods didn’t look appetising. The staff were helpful and friendly especially at reception. One of the new male receptionists, I can’t recall his name, helped me carry my bag down the 8 flights of stairs when the lift broke.

Poor We booked 2 double beds but received only one double bed. We asked the front desk to get us the right room but they were overbooked for both nights. We are sisters but I did not want to sleep in the same bed so I had to find other accommodations. Breakfast offered only decaf coffee as they were out of regular coffee. Overall the place was dirty. Stained carpets and stained couches in the lobby. Also, I found a price on google of half the price $103 but since we booked through your site we couldn't get the price reduced.... read more
