Don’t stay here if you like clean hotels with good service. Awful everything, smelly and falling apart. Crap hotel.
Cockroach infested and tiny room The reception does not look like a reception. The receptionist was not very cordial. The building has only one very slow elevator, we were on the sixth floor. The room is tiny, please be very aware of this. And to top it all off, the room was infested with cockroaches, I killed one and brought it down to the receptionist, but he said he could not change me to another room because they were fully booked. What a horrible experience. The location was nice, it was close to central park.

Tiny room with dust and roaches. We booked a room here for 3 nights originally, but once walking into the room, there were roaches and lots of dust. My husband's allergies were trigger right away, and he had to go into bug killing mode to feel comfortable. He checked the mattress to look for signs of bed bugs, and only when he felt sure there were any did he actually sit down. We cleaned the whole room with clorox wipes, and sprayed everything with lysol. My husband is 6'3, the room and bathroom were tiny for him. He could b... read more
