Met expectation for location but poor quality Breakfast was pretty poor in variety and quality. One small elevator for the property and was not very clean. Room ok size for NY but bathroom very small with no storage. Did not feel like there was a deep clean and disinfection at this times of Covid Great location for our event at Central Park

Looking for a Jail? Come to La Quinta at NYC The room has no windows, its old, rooms are tiny, the air conditioning didn’t worked at all..(summer season in NY). Imposible to sleep so hot. I strongly recommend avoid this hotel by any any means. So disappointing for a chain like Windam..Horrible service at front desk. Complete mistake. I will never select a Windam Hotel any more.

Know what you're getting here. The pictures of the full bed with twin are REALLY, REALLY deceiving. It is SO tiny and hard to move around in. You cannot even get dressed in the bathroom because it is too tight of a space. You're knees touch the sink as you sit on the toilet. Im so serious. My bed had a fresh period stain, so I know the sheets weren't fresh. The drawers on the dresser wouldn't stay in. I had to lift it and tuck stuff under it to tilt it upright so the drawers would kind of stay closed. There is no fridge or m... read more

I would never come here again and the service was terrible The staff was very rude they made several mistakes with my booking they overcharged me for certain things that I did not get at all our room did not have AC they had an AC unit in the wall out the window and had us in a boiler room literally tight space not enough room for what we paid for it was 90° outside without no AC blowing inThere even the hotel person who went to check our room and said it was hot as hell in there it was total discomfort and I was totally uns... read more

This location is great for Central Park, and single dates without children. One small A/C unit. The rooms were small, the bathroom window was broken and you could see into other rooms, and the towels had others people’s hair in them. The location and lights

will not stay there again and most likely not with any Wyndham properties based on this experience. Bugs found in bed sink in bathroom hanging at an angle, patched up w/ caulk 24 hr coffee non existent one slow elevator that was very dirty breakfast room needed attention Staff not helpful Great location.
