Very Poor One thing is grate. Location. Breakfast was not good, so I ate out. The room is small and not comfortable. Price is not match the quality. Cleaning service should be better especially in epidemic time.

Ok AC was making strange noises, the toilet was making noise all night long, the draw in the dresser was opening all the time making it impossible to walk by as the space was very small. Bed was comfortable

Disappointing Breakfast was mediocre!! No hot food because of food truck !! All 3 days ! No ice machine , Broken !! No refrigerator in room, Not the best for a diabetic with insulin ! Location was great !!

Fair It's a small hotel, nothing extraordinary about the hotel itself. Great location! Right across from Central Park and only a 20 min walk into Times Square. They were pet friendly but there was a pet charge. And there are parking garages nearby for a fair price if you drive.

Great location The common areas (elevator, stairs) were not kept clean. Trolleys with clean and dirty sheets snd towels, as well as garbage, were present on the landing of every floor. I had an incessant drip on my air conditioning unit that was never fully resolved. Fox news was on in the reception, spewing lies snd misinformation 24/7. Not all front desk staff wore masks. The location was fantastic! Front desk staff were under-resourced but did their best.

Bathrooms and rooms are tiny. Rooms are tiny small. Bathroom are like a small box sooo uncomfortable. Very nice staff. Not comfortable at all. When we got to the room there was a uses soap in the bathroom and hair in the shower and toilet.
