Bathroom sink fell off of the wall You have to turn off the AC to run a hair dryer. We noticed the sink was a little wobbly when we first got there. My husband barely touched the bathroom sink and it pulled away from the wall. We notified the staff but were not offered another room. The sink blocked entrance to the shower stall so we had to shower in our son’s room three floors up from our room. Great location. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Switched out of a room I book for a smaller one by an incompetent check in I disliked the fact that Janet at check in was unable to figure out the computer guest system. So instead of continuing my reservation, she checked me out and checked me back in to a SMALLER, NO MOBILITY/DISABLED room. This while I’d reserved the exact same room and she lied and told me my reservation was for a smaller room. Even when I tried to show her my booking and that my booking was correct, she said she spoke to her manager and that’s the room ... read more

Buena relación precio calidad. Desayuno muy básico, pero quizás para el precio era adecuado. Utilizaron todo plástico, me parece poco cuidadosos para el medio ambiente. Muy buena ubicacion, habitación limpia y cómoda.
