Disappointing Everything is to small the rooms the bathrooms and the elevators and please do not say breakfast that is the horrible part no good. I like the staff very friendly, they do the best they can.

Awful No hot water, first room they assigned wouldn't even lock, extremely run down. Don't stay here -- just pay an extra $50 and stay somewhere decent. This place is awful.

Never come back experience! Cleanliness must improve! Room was so small, two persons can't move at the same time. No fresh air access to room and air-condition is so noisy that sleeping is impossible. Majority of the staff appears to be deeply unmotivated. Price value = terrible! All over a never come back experience, sorry but true. Nice location in the upper west side close to central park west and the subway to downtown. Room was dry and warm.
Jedynie lokalizacja dobra. Cena i komfort do niczego. 1. Zdjęcia są tak zrobione, żeby nie było widać jak małe są pokoje. W naszym nie dało się zmieścić nawet jednego krzesła. Było biurko a na nim telewizor, nie można było normalnie przejść po wstawieniu walizek. 2. Śniadanie dość skromne i w dodatku ciągle czegoś brakowało - albo kawy, albo sera, albo chleba albo jajek; jak przyszło więcej osób to trzeba było jeść na stojąco. 3.
