Good price for location but very low level hotel Our toilet was clogged for two nights and nobody would respond The rooms are so tiny you barely can walk The management is non existent The same employees working double shifts Nice people but hard for them to respond when overworked The location is great. Close to Central Park and subway The breakfast was handy The rooms were clean
Aweful carpet condition, very small space, unprofessional staffs, safety/health hazard for children The room carpet was completely wet and soaked when we arrived for the first night. After staying there my children are suffering from cold and high fever right now. They were coughing all night and having running nose due to the terrible condition in the hotel room. Absolut inte prisvärt hotell. Urusel frukost. Ej ost skinka salami eller grönsaker. Fabrikstillverkad omelett ingen äggröra eller bacon. Papperstallrikar plastbestick pappmuggar etc. Delvis gammal frukt. Sur frukostpersonal och alla utom en i receptionen var ointresserade av sina gäster. Absolut inte prisvärt hotell. Bra städning

nightmare on 71st street this was probably the worst hotel experience i have ever had. no chair to sit on. room was 10x12 .bathroom was smaller than an airplanes. i could not sit on the toilet. very noisey for an interior room. overall i was miserable. will never use this chain again only reason i used this hotel is location was close to my conference
