Disappointing There was one individual a male at reception (not the young bald headed guy, but the other younger one) he was extremely unfriendly, distracted and one easily got the sense that he did not want to assist. Breakfast was really bad, I mean really.... boiled eggs and toast. I ended up not having breakfast the rest of my stay. For the amount of money I paid I could have gotten to stay at a 4 star hotel in SA with a buffet breakfast included. Not happy!!! There were roches in the room. Rooms are tiny for the amount of money we paid. Will not use this place again. No parking etc. Staff was pleasant!
I would not stay there again , was very glad to leave there. Room size, way too small for a hotel . We were booked in for 7 night's , had to find alternative accommodation , there was no way that three adult's could have a pleasant stay in such a tiny space . Not even just for sleeping . Would not recommend this hotel . location was nice . Close to Central Park
Nope!!! The first day, when we entered the room, we found two pair of underwears (who knows who's) in the (extra small) room. The second day the cleanwoman put just one towel in the bathroom (we were three) and not even ONE shampoo or soap. Every day the cleanwoman used to clean the room NOT BEFORE 4/5 pm (pretty annoying cause we used to come back that time to rest for a while before going out again). Obviously: zero% off was applied. Not worth the cost The closet size room and bathroom. Room was outrageously tiny. Given the price and the size of the accommodation, I would not stay here again.
