Pleasant Room smaller than it looks and looking tired but adequate for New York. Bathrooms small and cramped, those of a larger build will struggle. Small lift Breakfast was good value Location quiet, but in the hustle and bustle within 20 to 30 minutes walk. Subway stations less than 5 minutes walk. Central Park 5 minutes Great for Central Park

Pleasant Breakfast was mid and the worst part was that every morning of our stay, starting 8 am, we could hear construction from the street, it was unbearably loud and we were on 8th floor- I can’t imagine what were people on 1-3rd floor going through Location was great, the room and the bathroom were clean

Amazing location and perfect place to rest your head if on a budget A little updating in rooms to make perfect but didn’t spoil our trip at all Really lovely staff and location was perfect. Bed so comfy and rooms have all your need even if tiny. Loved the breakfast
