Wonderful Internet é péssima Excelente localização, mercados e restaurantes próximos, o metrô é muito perto, nos locomovemos muito bem para todos os lugares, bairro muito seguro, hotel fica do lado do Central Park e outros pontos turísticos muito bom. O quarto é muito bom, ficamos em 3 adultos, superou a minha expectativa devido a muitas reclamações. Limpeza excelente, quarto que ficamos muito silencioso, cama confortável, nos atendeu muito bem.

I was very happy with the amazing location and the price. The breakfast is mediocre. But maybe it's not their fault. Breakfast at American hotels is generally not good (compared to European hotels). The one elevator is antiquated (slow). The location is great. The hotel overall is good. The personnel are friendly. The room is tiny but in good condition. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

A proximidade do metrô ajudou muito no deslocamento pela cidade. Optamos pela limpeza do quarto dia sim dia não. Mesmo assim tivemos problemas de falta dos itens a serem repostos. Em todas as limpezas sempre faltou no mínimo um item. Tínhamos que pedir na recepção mas sempre a fala era de que não tinham acesso aos itens. Cordialidade e simpatia da funcionária Miriam que cuida do café da manhã.

At the end, great value for money! Hotel is crying for a refurnishment, everything very dated but I suppose the price wouldn't be that good if renewed. The lady at the breakfast premises very rude, behaves as she owns the place. Hotel at the excellent location, nice and versatile breakfast is definitely an added value.
