Good Rooms are small. I've stayed at the property several times in the last 3 years.However, the year over year increase of the cost has probably priced me out. Location, location, location.

Great price for location. Old carpet could be replaced. Great price for the location and having the breakfast available was great. Basic but comfortable.

Very Good The AC did not work - took too long for this issue to be resolved considering it was middle of summer 90 degree Was meant to pay at arrival of property - was then attempted to be charged - same did not go through as not authorised - then email received saying booking will be cancelled and to pay the balance - same was paid. On arrival at the property had to repay as was told it was not received from booking.com - very frustrated as had to pay the cost twice - room type booked was no longer available - still have no... read more

Overall it was a nice stay, besides the negative parts, whenever we come back to NYC, will stay here. Our room was super small, we could hardly open our suitcases. The windows were facing to an inner part of the building which was dark and loud. The air conditioning was really loud so we had to unplug it. The location is perfect - Central Park and the subway are super close. The staff is really helpful and nice.
