Pleasant The parking service is too expensive: 25% of the cost of a room...no way...not understandable... Very close to the Capitol, restaurants and bars
Good location, but overpriced The bathroom was dirty (old, dirty towel with hair was in bathroom), hotel looks very old, definitely needs some modifications. So just overpriced . Very good location, in the center of the city. Good breakfast and personal are very friendly!
Most expectations met besides lack of fridge. No fridge in the room. Never been to a hotel without one.. I am breastfeeding mother who couldn't even save her milk while on vacation.. Very easy to go in and out as you please.
Very Good na great
Good position, comfortable room, and sweet breakfast! If I have to point out something negative (just a little bit), I would say that breakfast did not have salty foods or snacks. However, that is not a big concern because in Italy I use to have a sweet breakfast, normally. And last, the climatization system in the rooms is pretty old and noisy, and it works with the "hot air" or "cold air" mechanism. Despite those issues, I had a very good stay. The position was good, very close to the Capitol and not far from the Austin Co... read more
Good Too many drunk people making too much noise in the middle of the night.
Exceptional Nothing. It suited my purpose very well. Easy Checkin, friendly helpful staff. Great location.
Great Downtown location We slept in on our first morning due to jetlag, so we missed the first round of housekeeping as we didn’t leave the room until around 11am. Unfortunately when we returned just after 4pm, our room hadn’t been cleaned, which was a shame. Convenient location, just a short walk from the Capitol and a few blocks from 6th street. Bedroom was spacious and bed comfy! Breakfast was good with quite a lot of choice.
Close to decent food, sights, shopping... but needs updating terribly. The rooms are horribly outdated and plain. I don't mind that if it's what I choose, but for the amount of money I paid to stay, I expected much better. The staff was friendly and it was very near Congress, the Capitol, etc.
