The room was comfortable and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful! We found a stray hair from previous guests and a cockroach in the bathroom. (We were given a deduction in our room for this) The area of down is a little questionable. I thought it was a lot of money to pay for parking our car there even with a valet service. The property is located by downtown, but we changed rooms as the first one on the ground floor opened to the parking lot and it didn’t feel safe, in that neighborhood. Good Noisy ventilation on 18th floor. Also a big fan in the corridor which made a lot of noise. The fan was for drying wet roof panels after water leak !! Parking and WiFi only for additional cost
Very Good I liked the ease of getting checked in and out. I also liked the fact that they had an elevator for the upper floor

Hotel is quite dated and not what we expected. The staff is wonderful, however, the hotel is quite dated. Doors are thin, so you really hear your neighbors and people in the hallway. Bathroom is fine. Everything just needs an update.
