Staff was terrific and was especially concerned about persistent problems with wifi connectivity. Wifi was unreliable, hence low score on Facilities. Dropped repeatedly - had to work in the lobby to write an article since the wifi in my room was unreliable. In this day and age, persistent wifi problems (every day of my stay) are not acceptable. Easy access to downtown and university.

Exceptional I didn’t like the French doors to the bathroom. They were always hard to close and loud. I love that it was a 2 minute drive to the downtown bars. I also enjoyed that they had valet parking.
Exceptional None The rooms were ok. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was just ok and prompt.

Exceptional The facilities were somewhat older. Although there was a good selection of carbohydrates, the selection of protein was very limited to either hard boiled egg or yogurt. It would have been nice to have a larger selection.

Exceptional It is a little noisy due to traffic being so close the the interstate. The location is excellent and even though the property is older it’s very well kept and very clean.
