Good the breakfast was quite limited. There were not a lot of options for me as a celiac. I was able to have a coffee and an instant oatmeal, but nothing else. the breakfast was very basic, but it it served the purpose. the rooms were clean and we had no issues. it is a simple property, but perfect for us to enjoy a fun evening in downtown Austin and then walk back to the hotel.

Nice, Clean and very polite staff! Litte dinghy on the outside, new paint would help. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean.
