Pleasant There was only employee at the front desk at 10:00 at night when we needed to go to bed and get a rollaway and bedding for the pullout sofa which wasn't in the room. This took at least a half hour. When we received the rollaway there was a dirty tissue in it when we unfolded it. Breakfast and location were fine.
Awesome Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy.

So noisy!! Incredibly noisy! Between the noise from the street and the noise from the heater in the room, I did not get 1 good night of sleep. Good breakfast; great location (I could walk to the Convention center)

My basic needs were met and the location was excellent to get to the baseball games quickly. I didn’t like the outdoor access to my room. The breakfast service was very limited even as compared to other La Quintas I’ve stayed in previously. I also didn’t like the $25 A DAY parking, plus mandated valet service. I realize that’s an Austin thing to raise revenue but it makes me reconsider coming back to Austin or staying within the city. The entrance always smelled nice from the odorizer but it was a little strong for me!!
