Apart from a good location, everything else about this service was sub-par The staff, the place was not clean at all, there was hair all over the bathroom walls, a dirty rug, and water puddles in the hallways The location

Terrible front desk customer service at check in. Won’t recommend to anyone. The shower nozzle came off in my hand. Valet only parking for $50 was obscene for the location. Rude customer service at check in.

Moyen Personnel mal aimable, Très bruyant Chambre pas très propre Proche du quartier dowtown et capitole seul point fort de l’hôtel

not coming back room was dirty looked like it had not even been vacuumed, Bathroom was dirty - hair all over the walls and tub, disgusting not much except convenient location

No one should have to stay in a place like that. Definitely shouldn’t have to pay to stay somewhere Everything. Room was dirty and had a strong scent of urine upon checking in Nothing

Terrible experience!!! The worst hotel that I have been. Super dirty, no hot water to the shower, air conditioning not w Everything Nothing
