At checkout everyone seemed to have heard about our issues but no management reached out to ask us about our experience- Our first night the TV/cable box did not work, one bed had blood stained sheets, one bed did not have a fitted sheet, the shower curtain was broken and the bathroom door did not close properly. Strategic location but questionable sanitary conditions I didn't like the valet parking service and that it was mandatory. It was honestly very expensive ($51 per day and they didn't even metion that when we booked it) and I asked the employee to park the car myself because I didn't want the service (even tho we paid for it) and he declined.
