Just not great Poor water pressure, toilets wouldn't flush, room smelled of mildew and feet, towels had hair in them, had to pay $45 for parking. The bed was comfortable and the Ac was cold

Dirty but at least it was cheap. You get what you pay for. It was very dirty. There was used toothpaste, used q-tips on the floor in the bathroom, wet spots on the carpet that we stepped in, and sticky stuff on the flat surfaces, like maybe the person who stayed there before spilled a drink and it wasn’t cleaned. Not to mention, when we were walking up to the room there was trash sitting outside of each room and that wasn’t the greatest thing to see when walking to a room. Did the job for what I was wanting, nothing more Old motel type whose design doesn't compete with newer properties. And with that it's obvious that they have decided renovations don't make financial sense nowadays, so you are left with an aging hotel in a really convenient location. I noticed that some of the breakfast items started to run out as breakfast time went on, with no one there to replenish. The location is the main plus point for the hotel

Fair Hotel is old and kind of shabby and the parking was cringy Good location, close to downtown. AC in the room was awesome and beds were comfortable

The location for this Motel should be cleaner and we shouldn't have to request toile paper it was close to the capital but we weren't there for that but walked to Capital and Elevators had only 1 working and thanks for the Breakfast but No thanks didnt look fresh so we left Staff was friendly But Room had Urine smell and sheets were stained and NO Toilet paper in rest room
