Beware of the toilet cleaning and you’ll be fine for a few days. 1- It’s not a clean environment. May look clean at some glance but if you pay attention you’ll get it. Disappointing Having to pay $50 a day for valet parking, it’s not worth it. The location.
Bad The hotel was dirty, dingy and definitely was not a Wyndham hotel. The cost didn’t match quality. The only thing that was acceptable was the location!
Awful We had to be changed to 3 different rooms. The first room had plumbing issues, when the toilet was flushed the tub would fill up with filthy water. The second room had no power in the bathroom and the phone didn’t work. The final room still had some plumbing issues and we had to call arrive twice. It was irritating and frustrating. Will never stay at this hotel again and to think it is affiliated with Wyndham. My next review will be to them to let them know how awful this hotel is. Bad Customer service was very horrible by every person I encountered, except for the last person who I checked out with. If there’s an area of opportunity I would say to coach on customer service because never in my life had I ever experienced such horrible customer service.
