Downtown yes, happy no. Room too small. Filter on AC needed to be changed, there was an odor. Location is great.
Disappointing It was inconsistent. Some days there was little to choose from. Plates and plastic tableware was not always available.
Bad This building is old and "yucky". No restaurant on site and the breakfast is prepacked Jimmy John sandwiches and a microwave. You get what you paid for... $45/day parking with valet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The sheets were clean!

You get what you pay for. It states parking is available. BE AWARE, the ONLY parking on site at the hotel is valet only and it is a highway robbery fee of $45 dollars per 24 hours ON TOP of your nightly rate. Make sure you get the name of your valet who checks you in so you can hold them accountable for what they say - I was told three different things about payment and when my 24 hours expired by three different valets while I was there. Not quite good. The hallway was quite dirty and obscene. The gym equipments were in a non-functioning state, the elevators were quite dingy and dirty. The room was decently cleaned. The room was not cleaned. No one told me I had to request a cleaner on my second day of check-in. Parking was way too expensive at $45. I did not subscribe to valet parking. Not Applicable
