horrible. they booked us me and my girl friend room number 445 which was already being occupied by other people the looks of this property are very deceiving in the pictures they have online. it’s super ghetto and dusty and dirty. I had to get a full refund as soon as I pulled up cause girl hell no I was not going to stay there.
Location, location location This hotel could stand a complete overhaul, almost to the point of being torn down and a new one built. It's incredibly outdated, and has a dirty feel to it because of how old it is. This hotel has the best location in Austin, right by the Capitol and just a few blocks from 6th street.
dirty dirty carpet. noticed that edges of carpet had not been cleaned for several months. lint on the edges of carpet with tons of stains. also hanging mirror was dirty with mascara and spots damp. heater/ac did not work. and not enough plugs in room. also when attempting to move tv stand reach electric plug noticed crumbs and lint all over behind close to everything downtown

no laundry service at that price is unthinkable. no laundry service, no coin laundry, I had to wash my shirt, underwear, and socks everyday by hands. good location. breakfast is ok.
