We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff. We feel like the hotel is ready for a remodel due to the condition o The property is in dire need of a remodel. The property seems old and in need of cleaning and/or painting. The parking garage stairs seemed dirty and many of the paths to the room had visible trash like torn paper or stains. Ok for a night in town on the cheaper side. The building is older and could be spruced up. Coffee was provided in room but no suger or cream. There was about 10 channels on the TV mostly news channels and Youtube access. And I was assigned an adjoining room with thankfully lock on my side of the door But there was an inch gap between the floor and door And the neighbor was up all night with TV very loud and kept disturbing my service animal which made him bark most of the night.
