The front desk kid was so nice!!!! But we will not be staying there again. The parking ramp was very dirty, dark, and had homeless people hanging out in it. Didn't appreciate having to pay to park in a place like that. The room need a fresh paint job. The carpet was"very dirty". The air conditioner didn't work. The jimmy dean sausage and biscuits were good. juices and milk was good. The bedding and towels were very new and nice.
Fair The lady at the check in was not pleasant at all, she just asked us to cancel our reservation because they couldn’t provide us any room close to each other. My bathroom was dirty with dead insect on it and the smell of my room was not the greatest. The location was close enough of the places my family wanted to visit.

Bad pool was just nasty. overall condition of hotel very poor
Good enough considering the excellent location. Before turning the AC off, the room was freezing. Considering it was the hottest summer since 2011, the massive change in temperature was not pleasant nor healthy. The carpets and general areas around the hotel felt quite dingy and musty, I'm not sure if it's the humidity though. The breakfast was very, very disappointing. we chose to cancel the reservation it looked like it was a hotel used for prostitution. Parking was crazy. we were supposed to pay for parking but it didn’t look safe. transients walking around the parking lot and we would have to park away from the hotel Nothing…… we didn’t stay after looking at the property and room
Never coming back! Definetly the facility was a complete mess, long overdue repairs, cleanliness was a disaster, roaches at the breakfast table, dirty floors everywhere. Our room was not to standard for the price. I would not come back to this hotel ever and never recommend to my friends. On the web shows parking included, to our surprise there was an expensive extra charge that is downright a deceit! Overall the staff was friendly.
