Not the most comfortable stay unfortunately. lack of choices for breakfast time. coffee machine ran out coffee and was never replaced. Extremely limited food options. we paid extra to get a room in higher floors we never did. The air condition wasn’t cold enough, rooms were old and dirty. No refrigerator in the room, Hydration station was all the way down by the reception desk. the location

Horrible L'hôtel est sale, le petit déjeuner médiocre, des jus de fruits et des wraps congelés avec un micro ondes sale pour les rechauffer !!! La piscine fermée !!! J'ai du demander à changer de chambre car lors de notre arrivée les toilettes étaient immondes.
Poor Staff was horrible. Room wasn't ready at 5pm and the front desk girl just told me to sit and wait. She was awful The guy working wasn't much better but at least he was a little nice
Inhabitable but would not recommend as safety was always on our mind. The hotel was rundown. It needs a complete renovation. Rooms are only cleaned at guests request. The parking was extremely expensive and the parking attendant was shady pertaining to a cash option. The hotel looks very dirty with patches missing from the hall carpeting specifically outside my room. Maintenance came to work on the carpet at 7 pm in the evening requiring my room door to be ajar. Staff was somewhat friendly. The location was great.
