Disappointing it’s old and rusty, and the room wasn’t clean at all. The duvet had a stain, and we reported it to front desk and they didn’t change it, so we had to go again and then they offered us clean linen and a discount in our stay. But still it wasn’t a good experience at all. the location
This place would give anyone “the ICK feels” The property is in very poor condition. The halls were filthy. The tub in the bathroom was gross. I didn’t want to touch anything. After checking in and going to our room, we decided that we just couldn’t stay there. The staff at the front desk were wonderful.

I did not stay there wasn’t a extra room available when they check us into the OUt OF ORDer room. It could have been better if it’s thoroughly check every room to make sure it’s clean before checking guest in. I didn’t . I booked 2 room to Find out one of the room is out of order. The carpet machine is still plug in wall. Carpet is still wet. Room Smell like dead body. They said take it or leave it. No more rooms left.
It was great until I got the smoking charge when we didn’t smoke in the room. They charged me for smoking when we didn’t smoke inside the room we smoked outside The room was close to the venue we were going to

Bad There was a dead cockroach in our room. We asked for it to be removed and it was still there when we returned 12 hours later
Bad I wish I could rate this hotel 0 stars. The rooms,elevators and stairs all smelled of urine and so dirty. This is pet friendly hotel, so be aware the pet might have urinated in the carpet!
Disappointed based on the price I had to pay of almost $300.00 for one night. No breakfast. The room was very run down and the carpet was very filthy and the bathroom floor was dirty. Check In went well, staff was very nice and accomodating.
