Do not book, waste of money, terrible stay. where to start. dirty rooms, unhelpful and rude staff. poor consumer service. broken facilities. can’t think of anything that was good about the property
the worst experience in a hotel so far it was filthy and falling apart even the cart to carry your luggage had a deformed wheel , parking according to general manager was $32 only to find out it was $52 . roaches in the room the carpet so dirty my kids don’t want to walk barefoot in room nothing this hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in , dirtiest for sure and the staff especially manager clueless . if you care about your safety for sure you don’t want to stay there
do not stay here doesn’t look like the picture at all. it is old and dirty. the parking is below with no light and had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. will never stay here again. I had to stay bc I would lose my money. nothing

Very Poor The hotel is quite dirty, the parking lot smells like urine and I also paid almost $40 extra per night to have my car there. It is quite deteriorated and the breakfast was only good the packed muffin. the bathroom door did not close. I stayed more than 15 minutes because there was no staff at the front desk. The elevator had to dial several times because the buttons did not work. The only good thing is the location. Location
Never again! It is in DESPERATE need of a renovation or to be torn down completely. Mildew smell everywhere, carpet was filthy, pool was dirty, mold in bathroom on shower curtain, furniture not clean, a/c never cooled down, just overall absolutely NOTHING like the pics posted on the Booking.com website. Don't even get me started on the shady looking garage parking that's $32 to park. Bad the room was dirty the bed had a hair in the sheets tube has hairs too there was a dirty towel behind the door the iron had water there was crumbs in the closet and in the carpet I had call 3 days before my trip and ask if the pool was open they said yes and when I got there the pool had trash in it and it had green stuff in the pool it was in downtown
