stay somewhere else dead cockroaches near the elevator, lobby smelled like urine, front desk staff assigned us a room that already had people staying in it nothing

So far below my expectations, and very expensive. The a/C unit had an annoying rattle the whole time it runs, all night. There was no microwave in the room, there was no fridge in the room, the walls and bathroom were covered in dirt, the continental breakfast was poor and not located in the room labeled continental breakfast. The Wi-FI was never identified as being free or paid for, so I hope for no surprise charges on WI-FI uses. And the stairwell and entire property overall is just filthy. The front desk staff are rude. The location is the only aspect of this hotel that stands out. It was among the worst services I have ever received from Booking.com. Rooms, the lobby, the elevator, the parking, etc. are all filthy and repulsive. Customers are not provided with a connecting elevator from the parking lot to the hotel, although they do have one for themselves. In the hallways of hotels, there is constantly water on the floors.
