All around awful all around awful. roaches in the bedroom, no breakfast, broken and old appliances, completely dirty. stay away, it will only give you a lot of headache and frustration. the pics are a complete deception of what the bedrooms really are.
Very bad breakfast and there was a cockroach in the breakfast microwave. Overall cleanliness, breakfast is very poor and there was a cockroach inside the microwave. I didn't had breakfast after seeing that. Location is great!
Would not stay here again nor recommend staying here. The male employee working the morning we left (not Ayden) was not helpful at all. I wanted coffee …. I told him the coffee maker in my room was broken. He said if we were staying another night he’d bring a replacement. I asked for coffee from breakfast that had just ended a few minutes prior and he said there was none. Completely unacceptable. Summer and Ayden are wonderful and helpful employees. Very attentive.
It was a nice nearby hotel that sadly had bad service and an unkept bathroom. Unfortunately the bathrooms are old and unkempt. the shower drain wasn’t even attached and mold lined the shower. The staff also had everyone lineup because she was on break but her coworker was to be in soon enough for her to not take care of anyone. The hotel was located close to Stubb’a BBQ, a venue nearby. It made travel very easy.
Bad The fact that someone could book a room under my name and I get charged for the room! Booking.com is not the way to go. Nothing! Don't know a damn thing about this place.
would of liked to have better use of facilities called ahead to make sure there was a pool but then we arrive and yes there is a pool that can’t be used…very disappointing…you would think the staff would point this out…shady clean comfortable beds
