Disappointing So expensive for one nights stay in a very sub par facility. Valet on top was rather ridiculous. Was awoken several times by guests sitting in stairwell next to our room. Location good.
I will never stay here again. The property was poorly maintained. I electrocuted myself the very first night pushing the elevator button, which had become dislodged. (Live wires were exposed in its place.) The elevator was not repaired the whole time I was there. I did not realize the hotel was "pet friendly," and I was disturbed every day and night by two different neighbors' yapping dogs.
Disappointing They overbooked. Took them an hour and a half to get us in a room plus a roll away in.

Disappointing After checking in and going to our room at around 16:00-16:30, check in being at 15:00, the room we had been given had not been cleaned. We were however given a new room. On checking in we were told breakfast would be between 07:00 - 10:00 the following morning. We arrived at breakfast at 09:15 to be told it finished at 09:00 and a very rude member of staff telling us this was our fault for not double checking the sign on the door!
