Fair Noisy. Dirty. The gap between my room and adjoining...I coukd literally ser him walking back and forth. And worse...he was sick. Coughing, gagging all morning. Woke me up at 5am. I haf to put towrks under 2 inch crack. Sadly..day later I was ill. Cigarette butts and trash litterd property. And the noise...especially at 9 when they began to jackhammer sidewalk to repaint or improve. Poor mom's with kids or sleeping seniors. Tragically bad because this is the best location...great staff. Fair Our room was right by whete cars pull in to be valet. Paper thin walls sounded like you were sleeping on the side of a highway. No sheets or pillows for sofa bed. Front door dirty. One front desk person trying to cover too many things. Short staffing. We moved hotels. We thought it would be a good downtown location. It was rated three and recommended by tripadvisor

Show up, surprise fee, more of a party hotel than anything else, ..La Quinta The surprise 25$, not optional, parking fee. That was q crap surprise. Location was fine.

It sucked. I didn't rest from about 6 am til 9 am when I finally got up because I couldn't stand it. No sound proofing. I heard EVERY alarm clock on the 3rd and 4th floors. I heard EVERY woman in high heels clicking along outside my room. I heard EVERY suitcase rolling by. And then, at 8 am, construction started. Some dummy set off their vehicle alarm and couldn't reset it for several minutes. Not to mention at least 2 different Emergency vehicles with sirens blaring and stopping nearby. The location
I wouldnt stay in this hotel unless I really needed to stay near the location. I dont like the layout of the the hotel. It was cold we had to walk to our cold room with all our luggage. Staff friendliness, I used the computer service to print tickets for a concert.
