The room was fine and breakfast ok. Pool was dirty. They have valet parking but being I am handicap and there were two hc parking spaces right outside our door we asked to park there for easy entrance for me. We were told they needed those spaces for some oversized trucks and would need to park our car else where. This goes against ADA and we told them. They didn't care.

Room was clean. Was under renovation in Lobby! Actually there really was not a big lobby. Breakfast bar was plentiful.

We currently are staying at this hotel, and have had a WONDERFUL experience. The hotel is clean and the big rooms have comfortable beds. The staff is kind and helpful with breakfast included. Make sure you bring your own lotion though as you only get soap and a shampoo conditioner combination. It is not fancy, but very clean and comfortable with a great location.

This was a great place to stay and the price was reasonable. The halls are a little dank...but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast that is included has a nice little variety and the staff was very friendly. I would stay at this location again...and try out other locations of this chain. They didn't have any rules/information books in the room and you don't get lotion in the toiletries...only two complaints...and really wasn't a big deal for us:-)

It was the right location at the right price. Old but clean and away from the homeless.

I stay here every summer for my annual austin trip. Never stayed at any other hotel in austin. You can walk to the capitol, 6th Street , etc from this hotel. Valet guys are always awesome. It's a la quinta so no its not fancy by any means but I love it nonetheless.

It's a motel, very basic amenities. Most everything is walking distance but you're not in the mix. My stay was business related, would not book this property for family travel.
