Bad The personal was completely disrespectful and the installation was awful
The stained rugs in the rooms and really sums up our stay at Quality Inn Aurora Denver. The pool was closed in August with a poorly maintained hotel grounds and there rooms were not cleaned well, no microwave and a broken refrigerator in my room. Our three night stay there, there was no breakfast or coffee every morning but there was a Starbuck next door... the staff said each morning the person with the food was late but an hour later still nothing. Stay at this hotel I reserved two queen size beds and was placed in a room with two full size beds, was told no other rooms were available but seen them checking other guests in. Also was told breakfast would be available, however they only offered cereal and milk one day, the other day they stated not sure if breakfast would be served at all. My whole experience was horrible I wish I could get my money back or at least half It was close to mall
Better hotels nearby The entire staff. It was near good restaurants

Use only as last option Not clean. Barely enough breakfast for all guests. If you were late you missed out. What was available I would not call breakfast.. Someone tried to enter our room and was able to unlock door. Very near a homeless camp. Shower was adequate.
You get what you pay for The hotel itself needs a serious makeover. Rooms look old and dingy. One of the towels in my room still had stains on it. This place was cheap and I had to book it at last minute. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
