All together the only nice thing about the room was that there was AC and a bed. There wasn't a latch to lock the door, the TV stopped working and the shower didn't work When going to the front desk to find a solution to some of the issues the front desk employee left there post for 30 min on a phone call leaving a line in the lobby including a sweet elderly lady who just needed more towels for her room. Pleasant La primera habitación olía muy mal, a humo de cigarro encerrado, la puerta del baño no cerraba, nos cambiaron de habitación cuando lo solicitamos y la segunda fue mejor, limpia, olía bien, solo la guarda de seguridad de la puerta de entrada no funcionaba, solo el llavin principal. La cama era cómoda y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien

Fair The hotel was renovating and things were not really good. The staff was very helpful. The location was very good and close to my medical appointments. Restaurants very close.
Dirty feeling I didn’t like anything.. we left asap There was no breakfast.. could not get internet. It was dirty parking lot had glass all over it and trash. Just dirty and felt like there could be bed bugs I didn’t like anything

Good location but Dirty situation The rooms were nasty, carpet was so filthy and Grimy I was afraid to walk around the room without shoes on my feet. The room had a strange odor because of the filthy carpet. The location
Disappointing It says continental breakfast but both mornings we went down nothing was set up. Pool was also closed. Room was fairly clean. Shower was hot
Yuck There pool is closed.. They don't serve breakfast even know they said they did.. The carpet was so gross I would take my shoes off and I wouldn't set anything on the floor. 🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢. The lobby was disgusting.. That was my first clue it wasn't gonna be a good place to stay. The staff was nice
