Not so good. Disappointing. No trash can in room, towel rack fell off wall, shower head loose. Poor facilities. Outside of building in disarray. Staff was inattentive and seemed to care less about customers.
Fair I rented a room for my son online. I wanted to add one more night to his stay. I tried to call the motel to do this. The first time, someone answered the phone, then put me on forever hold. I hung up and tried calling back. 7 times. So I went over there, just to be told they were short handed and to come back the next day because they couldn't add a day to my online order. The price.
I will not stay at this hotel again. Being from out of town I didn't realize how far the hotel was from the activities I had planned. Worst hotel experience I've had, it was supposed to be nonsmoking, but you could smell smoke.

Bad There is nothing i DID like about the property. The property was RUN DOWN: The ad was completely inaccurate. The pool was broken, the door had no lock, there was no microwave or refrigerator, the carpet was dirty, the closet was missing a handle and permanently locked. We booked for two nights and despite the ad saying we could cancel for free, they refused to refund us and cancel. I could go on and on. Lock your car! Just about everything could have been better. Security cameras would give better peace of mind. Breakfast was poor. Grab bag with cereal and apple juice. No milk. The location is city center so prepare yourself for vehicle traffic and A LOT of foot traffic. The extended stay residents were relatively pleasant.
BAD TERRIBLE. I paid for no smoking room the place smelled all a cabaret. smelled a smoke. TERRIBLE we could not sleep.
Bad That I couldn't pay with cash.
