Unprofessional. Disgusting. Wont be staying here again. The room smelled like urine. The smoke detector went off the entire time. I asked multiple times for it to be fixed or to move rooms due to the smell ans the annoying sound of the non stop beeping. NOBODY CARED. Location

Bad I was not impressed at all!! The Staff was nice but not really knowledgeable of surroundings!! I only had 1 bath towel needed 2, the carpet was disgusting with spots, etc... room smelled like a smoking room.. the drapes were dirty and had hooks on top that were missing... to top it off the dead bolt was missing... in all honesty.. I should get a refund.... ps no shuttle service, no phone, no blow dryer in room... all in all I definitely would not recommend...

Very Poor This motel should be closed. One closet door had a punch hole. I could not sit at the only chair in the room, there was not TV, there is a sign at the hotel as "a non-smoking facility but that is the first thing you smell walking into the room, etc... The location
Disappointing One towel, no washcloth or clock or trash can or coffee cups or hairdryer... desk clerk not friendly or helpful. Room hard to locate. Clean room and comfortable bed.
Terrible Blood on shower walls and bathroom door (have pictures) no garbage can, door could not be closed from outside. Charged an additional 41.00 when checking in. Need help to resolve this. Total price was 91.00 ended up paying 132.00. No waste bags in pet area. Hotel was very overpriced for what was offered. Close to freeway.
