We needed a bed, and that’s the ONLY thing we got. Broken appliances in room. No breakfast offered. Tv was missing. Walls were scuffed and poorly painted Comfy bed
Would not come back Needs new management, manager was no help kept telling customers to ask oth ' Manager kept telling customers to ask the other worker, room was dirty, missing tv, missing coffee maker, no smoke detector, no trash can. There was dried white stuff on headboard. Very dirty carpet. Homeless people hanging out in the halls smoking. Trash cans were overflowing
Bad Room smelled like smoke, TV was literally broken, room didn’t seem clean. Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel ever.
Bad Rundown. Unkempt. Tv didn’t work. Shower a trickle. And we had one of the better rooms. Do not stay there Nothing
Bad Not sure if hotel or booking.com is to blame. Made a reservation last minute showed up and the hotel was at capacity and my reservation and confirmation number didn't exist waited made another reservation same name tried again and same answer you and your booking confirmation number don't exist Person at front desk was very helpful polite and patient
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I didn't like that I didn't feel the least bit safe. We witnessed people getting keys to rooms without showing any form of ID. This is really scary for 2 girls to witness. I didn't like anything. No deadlock on the door. No fridge or microwave. Doorknobs missing. I didn't feel safe or clean in this hotel. When I called to notify the front desk of my concerns ther response was "at least you have a TV"
MY STAY Ws horrible I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the room was very outdated we had no microwave or refrigerator which was advertised they were going to switch us to a room with no T V,fridge or microwave The beds were comfy
Absolutely Atrocious and a Total Scam I won't lie, when I booked this hotel I just assumed the negative reviews were from Karens who didn't know how budget friendly hotels work. Boy was I wrong. Shortly after arriving I had to get my room keys reactivated. When I was finally able to get into my room, the TV was on and blaring, there were dirty towels and sheets strewn about as well as trash on the counter and beard hair in the sink. Bad Everything! When checking in the front desk guy told me there was no tv in my room and he wouldn’t give a discount. When we got into our room it wasn’t cleaned from the previous customers the tissue box that was on the counter had dirty nasty tissues in it. I showed the room to him he told me he was going to have someone clean it.
