I requested a refund and fortunately was granted one. I was in fear for my safety. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life and I travel monthly.

My stay was not comfortable at all. I was there to visit my sick uncle that has cancer. I didn't like the fact that it took a while to get me booked into my room. Once booked into my room, the room smelled of strong piss. The airconditioner had mold or some black substance inside, I never turned the air on because of that. The carpet had gum and some other foreign substances stuck to it. The carpet was extremely filthy and reeked horribly of piss as well. I liked the location because it is very close to my aunt's house.
