HORRIBLE....Never again !!!!!! Staff & manager on duty was horrible. One employee actually followed us to see which room we were staying in. Nothing was available
The money saved was not worth the poor quality of the property and experience Coffee maker in room inoperable, breakfast choices were super limited, property was tired and not very clean, no common area or lounge to sit down, room floors needed cleaning

Fair The bathroom was extremely small. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bed were really lumpy and soft which hurt my back every time I slept on them. There was not microwave or fridge which was horrible since I have kids. We couldn't take any food to our rooms since we were not provided a fridge. I wouldn't plan on staying there again unless they update their rooms. The breakfast sucked. It wasn't even worth waking up early to go eat. Fair Lost our reservation. Clerk on check-in had a bad attitude and did not seem to care that our reservation was lost. Clerk on check-out was pleasant and friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Our stay was not what we had hoped for. The food, the room had bugs, and the lady at the front desk was not very professional she had body piercings all over her face and tattoos all over her body and her boobs hanging out. I just think she did not represent the hotel properly The food was old, there was no juice and no milk for us it was not a good experience
Good The front desk staff over several days were rude and lazy. Very rude!
