Fair Ceiling paint peeling in bathroom; carpet was dirty, safety latch did not work (missing part) Location was good.
Poor When we walked in our room their was butt prints already on the bed, the dresser was pulled out from the wall, the tv was turned at a weird angle and didn’t even work. Several shady characters that were also staying at this hotel and every time you walked outside the smell of marijuana hit you in the face. Didn’t even check out the breakfast because when we walked by, it looked sketchy. Not a family hotel. Would not recommend. We had a place to sleep and shower for the night.
Gross The room STANK and we're smokers. The smoke alarm was non existent and had obviously been gone for some time. I am pretty sure this is a safety hazard. The cable did not work. Our room keys malfunctioned twice. Only one staff member wasn't dead inside. The coffee maker did not work and there was no coffee made in the lobby. The bed was extremely comfortable.
Okay The bathroom was pretty dirty.. The shower nasty dirty.. The beds were pretty comfortable...
Disappointing The door in the restrooms is broken and not very clean floor needs some cleaning beds not very clean
I wasn't worth the money but we had a place to sleep for the night My room wasn't clean when we got in the room I wanted to take a bath and the shower was dirty with dirty wash cloths left in there from the people that had the room before us the carpet felt gross and sticky and the floor wasn't swept The breakfast was the only thing good about the stay
Fair The condition of the room was “tired” and the decor quite dated. Would have been more tolerable if the price was a third lower... It appears that a bank or several were added at some point but the access/egress to many second story rooms is circuitous and not really marked - they badly need more and better signage to avoid customers having to wander around looking for a way to the room. Shower had weak pressure. T.V. was rather small. Room size was adequate. HVAC worked well.
