Very frustrating Final night of stay, the ceiling, all along the back wall was leaking soapy water, getting my clothes & suitcases wet. Next morning maintenance said stool overflowed, I questioned it coming from the ceiling, he said no leaking ceiling.

What did we get into?! It reminded us of a transient hotel. Stains on the bedding and sway dipped mattress. It was not comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not as cleanly as advertised! First room was horrible. There was food crumbs everywhere, dead bugs on the walls, hair inbetween the towels, clogged sink and tub, urine splashes on the toilet seat, the carpet is sticky and stained, dirty stained pillow cases and the room reeked of cigarettes especially the bathroom. The customer service at the front desk.

Disappointing
Miserablr6 Mold in bathroom. Toilet flapper broke. Lamp switch broken on entry light. Bag in ice bucket had obviously used. Food available was not edible and was commented on by numerous guests. When issue of toilet was reported staff were rude, advised no available resolution other than to change rooms, told to bring our stuff downstairs so she could issue us keys for another room where we were forced to then haul our belongings back upstairs at 11:30 @ night. Although the staff was great, I doubt I would stay again The room itself was very disappointing... it had a strong smell of deodorizer and there was duct tape holding the soap dish in the bath. The bed was very uncomfortable. The vending machine was difficult to locate and there was not one diet beverage. The staff was absolutely amazing; the girl at the front was very friendly and helpful!!!
