Disappointing I work for a non-profit so we are tax exempt. The front desk had no clue how to remove the tax from my bill, and I still have not received a copy of my bill to turn in my expense report. Old outdated room. Cracked tile dirty show/tub. Last time I stayed at a La Quinta was quite a while ago and they were pretty nice. Not so much now and won't be staying at one again.

Looked ok, to many problems First room, tv went out, phone did not work, moved to another room, heat did not work, peeling paint on door and got a piece of it stuck under my nail.

Okay Bed desperately needed new mattress...stained and edge was like sitting on a rail. Bedding looked bad under sheet. Sheets not changed daily. Parked very tight and shared parking lot very noisy Location was close to our family and restaurants/shopping. Lobby was nice looking and young man who checked us in was very welcoming and informative. Room was neat when we returned.
