Fair Bathroom was very outdated and small. Billing was a mess. Paid for 7 days stay, and they knocked my door to check out on the 2nd day.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT GOING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS. I DID NOT LIKE THAT THERE IS NOT A ELEVATOR TO ACCOMODATE A PERSON THAT IS DISABLED. THIS INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

Very Poor There was no continental breakfast like they promised and we put do not come in our room sign on our door and they came in and cleaned our room anyway

Was not the stress free comfortable environment that I needed. The outlet placements were inadequate. Couldn’t charge my phone near the bed. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work for my flatiron so I plugged in under the table across the room. When it heated up, it was too far away from the room mirror. So it was useless The room had a lot of deferred maintenance- the heater/A/C worked, but the front panel was broken and stuck out towards the room risking injury from the sharp corners .
